Is your wedding transportation private or shared?
Always private. Every vehicle is reserved for your wedding group only, so guests never share a shuttle with strangers. Pickups run on your timeline, and drivers go directly between your hotels and venues.
Can you pick up guests arriving on different flights?
Yes. We sort your guest flight list into arrival windows and assign a vehicle to each. Guests meet our team at Desk 4 inside MBJ after customs, and we track flights so delays or early landings don’t leave anyone stranded.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your venue and date are set, ideally a few months ahead for peak-season weekends. Booking early secures larger vehicles like coasters and coach buses, and final guest numbers can be confirmed closer to the date.
Can you handle multiple hotels and one venue?
Yes. We build a pickup schedule for each hotel, villa, or Airbnb, timed backward from your ceremony start so everyone arrives together. Return runs after the reception are staggered so guests can leave when ready.
Where do guests meet you at Montego Bay Airport?
After immigration and customs at Sangster International (MBJ), guests go to the ground-transportation area and find Best Jamaica Travels at Desk 4. Our team checks names against your guest list and walks each group to their vehicle.
Do you offer a special car for the couple?
Yes. Many couples book a separate private car for themselves and their parents on the wedding day. A Mercedes-Benz upgrade is available for the ceremony arrival and the exit after the reception. Just mention it in your quote request.
What happens if a guest’s flight is delayed?
We track every flight on your list. If a plane lands early or late, we adjust that pickup, and guests on badly delayed flights get their own private transfer so the rest of the group isn’t kept waiting.
How is wedding transportation priced?
Pricing depends on vehicle size, distance from MBJ or between hotels and venues, the number of runs, and the time of day. You get a clear written quote broken down by service, with no hidden fees, before anything is confirmed.
Can guests get VIP fast-track at MBJ?
Yes, you can ask about Club MoBay VIP expedited arrival service right in our quote form. Guests using it are guided through the airport faster, and our driver meets them once they’re through.
Can guests book their own airport transfers instead?
Yes. If you’d rather not manage everyone’s arrivals, share our airport transfer booking page with your guests. They book and pay individually, and we still meet them at Desk 4.
Do you serve private villas and Airbnbs with tricky access?
Yes. Many villa and Airbnb weddings are on hillside or private roads. Send us the exact location and we’ll confirm access in advance and choose vehicles that can handle the route safely.
Can you arrange tours for guests during the wedding week?
